Ticket Status Colors (Site-Wide)

Configure colors for ticket statuses. These colors are applied throughout the system (ticket lists, location grids, etc.).

Field Visibility

Control which fields are visible for this ticket type. Unchecked fields will be hidden in the UI.

💡 How Field Auto-Detection Works

Fields are automatically discovered from brand new tickets (created within 3 seconds). This prevents pollution from tickets that had their type changed.

To manually trigger auto-detection:
1. Create a test ticket of the desired type in RepairShopr
2. Skip the intake form (don't sign it - just save)
3. Click the "Sync Recent Tickets" button below
4. Configure field visibility here

Field Merge Rules

Automatically copy or merge field values during sync. Useful for consolidating duplicate fields.
